CONSIDÉRANT QUE le gouvernement du Québec a accepté de débloquer 275 millions de dollars en 2025 pour le projet de troisième lien entre Québec et Lévis;

CONSIDÉRANT QUE ce projet ne repose sur aucune étude scientifique et que le gouvernement du Québec n’a réalisé aucune étude d'opportunité, ni aucune étude sur la sécurité économique, visant à évaluer la nécessité du projet;

CONSIDÉRANT QUE le gouvernement du Québec avait annoncé l'abandon de ce projet en avril 2023, parce qu’aucune donnée ne justifiait l’implantation d’un tunnel autoroutier entre les centres-villes de Québec et Lévis;

Nous, signataires, demandons au gouvernement du Québec de cesser tout investissement de fonds publics pour le troisième lien, afin de prioriser des investissements dans le maintien des actifs et le transport collectif.
